Appropriate the Promise

One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation. (Romans 10:10)

Thought: There are many things that the word of God has promised us that we all believe in, but the way we appropriate the promises of God in our lives is by declaring with our mouths what God has put into our hearts. Let us be bold to declare the plans, purposes, and promises of God over our lives and the lives of our loved ones.

Prayer: Father, we cannot thank You enough for all the promises and assurances You have given us through Your word. Today, Lord, I confess with my mouth that all my needs are provided for. I walk in my God-given inheritance of good health and healing, and I declare your protection over me and my family. I boldly declare these promises only because of the great price You paid for me on the cross. In Jesus’ name, amen.
