The Lord said to Moses, Tell Aaron and his sons, This is how you are to bless the Israelites. Say to them: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” So they will put my name on the Israelites, and I will bless them. Numbers 6: 23-27
Prayer and declaration: Lord, as my children go to school this year, as their parent I declare and decree over them this priestly blessing; “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” . Lord even as I do my part of declaring this blessing over them, you Lord will do your part and put your name on them to cause your blessing to rest upon them. Father I have no doubt that all my children will today, this year, and all the days of their lives, live from a place of covenant blessing because of your great name, the precious name of Jesus that will always be upon their lives. With all my heart I thank you for this great grace, in Jesus name, amen.
